Long-term perspective, honest discussion and science-based analysis are key to good-quality decision-making. After a careful preparation process during 2023, the FGI was launched in February 2024, saw with great joy the appointment of a Commissioner for Intergenerational Fairness in the new 2024-29 European Commission, and currently gathers a growing diverse group of tens of civil society organisations.
